Montey's carries on the gracious hospitality the family has been known for since 1906 in the Venetion Room in Brooklyn and since 1956 at the famous Gurney's Inn Resort & Spa in Montauk. Chef Angelo (Chip) Monte was most recently the executive chef at Guerney's.
The cuisine is farm to table infused with the Monte tradition of classic Italian fare. Among our favorites are Seafood Cioppino and Angelo's meatballs.
Service is friendly and attentive. Chip and his wife Candice make you feel as if you were guest at their resort.

Chef Serge Madikians is an Armenian born in Tehran. He studied history and philosophy and has a masters degree in public policy. While working in New York City he went to culinary school. He started his career at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's four-star restaurant, Jean-Georges.
Madikians combines the abundance of the Hudson Valley farms with the Middle Eastern and eastern Mediterranean flavors he knew from childhood in Iran, to create his unique menu.

Troutbeck is a restaurant and inn in a historic manor in the Leedsville area of Amenia. The facility was converted from a home in 1979 and is popular for weddings and corporate meetings. Management is careful to limit them in order to accommodate other guests.
Chef Marcel Agnez's menu reflects his previous experience as Executive Chef at Cantine Parisienne, a renowned French bistro in Manhattan.

Cascade Mountain has a casual country restaurant with upscale but limited offerings. Very friendly service. There is a tasting room and store downstairs.
